Benjamin Bernstein holds a vast experience in Family and Labor Tax Planification, concentrating his energies on patrimonial havens, labor planifications, the transferral of goods in life and inheritance and donation taxes. Furthermore, he has specialized in the purchase andn sale of companies as well as in the strategies involved in the entrance and exit of capital for Chilean and foreign investors.

In 1993 he joined Tax Advisors. From 1997 to 2003 he excelled as Director of the Tax-Labor Division. In 2004 he became Partner in Tax Advisors and is at present Director of the Department of Family Business Planifications.
